*Hypothetical* I found a dead stranded whale on the beach at XXXX on the 12th April, 2014.  It was relatively fresh and I reported it to SMASS directly and they have since identified it at as minke whale.  They will get back to me with details of the postmortem.  I am attaching the photos that I took.  It was amazing to see a minke up close but so sad at the same time.
